Make yourself comfortable
I am Amy.
For over a decade, I have worked with homes—listening to their rhythms, rearranging their bones, helping them feel more like themselves. My portfolio holds projects large and small, each one a quiet collaboration between client and space.
I am also a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu. I share about health and wellbeing from this rooted place, expressing what I have learned through years of study and gentle practice. The body, like the home, responds to presence, to intention, to the soft placement of hands or the simple shift of a chair.
And I am a gardener, a cook, a mother and wife. At my own table, we eat what the season provides. Not because it is fashionable, but because it is true: health is wealth. Food is not separate from healing—it is one of its oldest, kindest forms.
This website holds all of it.

And I am so glad you are here.
